Our Quality Policy

It is the policy of Roma International to maintain the high quality of its service and products.

Our goal is to deliver products and related services, which exceed the expectations of our customers.

All products and services will comply with customers’ requirements. This will be done by maintaining a close relationship with customers and by encouraging good communication.

Top management shall ensure that this quality statement is appropriate to the organisation and will be achieved by:

  • Providing a framework for establishing and reviewing management and quality objectives.
  • Communicate the policies and procedures within the organisation
  • Providing training and development of employees and using best practices
  • Obtaining customer feedback and continually improve processes to suit the organisations needs and improve effectiveness of the Quality Management System in accordance to ISO 9001:2008
